Dominik Ernst


M.Sc. in Business Engineering

Dominik Ernst studied Business Engineering at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT). After having finished his studies with a Master's degree in 2013, he worked as a software developer for a consulting company specializing in the commercial banking sector. Starting 2015, he joined the  team of Stefan Tai at TU Berlin. Dominik's research interests are with the continuous assessment of non-functional properties at runtime. His focus are distributed tracing systems: their implementation and evaluation in the context of modern, container-based deployments. Cross-cutting topics of interest are microservice architectures and continuous deployment.
