Maria Borges

M.Sc. in Information Systems Management

Maria Borges joined the ISE research group early 2018 after finishing her masters in Information Systems Management at the Technische Universität Berlin. Before joining ISE as an associate, she worked as a teaching and research assistant at the chair as well. 
Maria's research currently focuses on distributed location systems and their deployments. Use-cases include large-scale IoT sensor systems and fog computing. Challenges in these domains range from geographic data management, to resource discovery and context-aware computing.
